Consultation 

Once I receive your completed contact form, I will schedule a complimentary consultation. This conversation will allow me to learn about your past travel experiences and future travel goals. Together, we will discover the vision for your next journey. During the consultation, we will also discuss planning fees, timelines, and any questions you may have before getting started.

Design 

Now, as your personal travel advisor, this is where the fun begins. Once we have confirmed your destination(s), travel style, and budget, I will get to work on designing a fully customized itinerary utilizing my travel expertise and global contacts. Your level of involvement in this process is entirely up to you. We are happy to communicate as much or as little as you like.

Connect 

Once you have selected and approved the final itinerary, I will work to confirm all of the details of the trip and make deposits and or full payments where necessary. I'll also be working behind the scenes to secure special requests, upgrades, amenities and more. Once the planning process is completed, I will provide a digital itinerary and downloadable mobile app where all of your travel information and documents will be stored. This itinerary is easy to share with fellow travelers as well as family and friends. I will remain connected with you as we ensure every last detail is taken care so all you have to do is get ready to enjoy your upcoming trip!

After you depart on your trip, I will continue to work behind the scenes to make sure everything is going smoothly and ensure your VIP Status all along the way. Once you have returned, I will connect to hear about your journey. I want to know what you loved most and suggestions for what could of been better, your feedback is invaluable as I am always looking to provide the best possible experience for our clients.
